Required:
7+ Years of Experience with front-end technologies - HTML, CSS + SASS, Typescript, Angular. (Angular is a must have)
5+ Years of experience designing and developing responsive web application front-ends
5+ Years of experience with Material design, specifically the Angular Material UI library
5+ Years of experience designing and implementing branding and style guides into enterprise web applications
Assets:
Experience with React
Experience building reusable front-end libraries for use across enterprise applications
Experience with Jest Testing Framework
BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems
Job Description:
UI/UX Design Technical Review – Work closely with the UI/UX designer to provide feedback on feasibility for implementing the designs from a technical perspective
Platform Development – Ensure that all front-end interfaces are designed in such a way that they are configurable and reusable throughout our enterprise software
WCAG Gap Analysis – Identify and document existing gaps within UI/UX designs which do not meet WCAG 2 standards.
Visual Responsiveness – Ensure that all user facing visual interfaces are designed and created using responsive design principles.
Peer Review – Participate in peer review of design implementations of front-end interfaces and ensure that WCAG 2, responsive design, and company style guide standards are followed
Self-Development – Participate in at least one professional development course or conference during each year of employment
Documentation and Testing – Ensure that any new development, and updates to existing development are properly documented and unit tested, where required.
