As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of officers, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Security Supervisor
- Lead a team of On-site security guard
- Manage and maintain the daily schedule of security guards
- Experience in conducting security audits and assessments
- Experience with access control systems and security protocols
- Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (clients, law enforcement, emergency services)
- Experience in emergency response planning and execution
Qualifications for Security Supervisor
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Must be in Canada for 5 years to get reliability clearance required for the position
- Track record of promoting team development and maintaining high performance standards
- 3 years of experience in security and team management
- Hold a Valid Security license
- First aid certification
- Able to travel to Airdrie and Balzac
- Must have a Car, driver's license and clean drivers abstract
