This is a mission-critical role where you will design, implement, and optimize integrated SAP solutions that drive innovation and operational excellence in the energy sector.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are a <b>certified SAP Solution Architect (SAP HANA)</b> with <b>hands-on experience</b> in <b>Nuclear or Manufacturing industries</b>, and expertise in <b>Finance or Supply Chain models</b>, we want to hear from you. Candidates must be prepared to <b>demonstrate real-world expertise during interviews</b> through scenario-based discussions and architecture design exercises.<br></p><b>What You'll Do</b><ul><li>Lead enterprise architecture development using <b>TOGAF</b>, ensuring alignment across business, application, data, and technology domains.</li><li>Apply <b>COBIT</b> for IT governance and <b>SAP Activate</b> for structured delivery.</li><li>Architect and integrate <b>SAP S/4HANA/ECC modules</b> (FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM) with enterprise and third-party systems.</li><li>Define and govern <b>data models, flows, and migration strategies</b> ensuring compliance and integrity.</li><li>Design and optimize SAP infrastructure (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).</li><li>Utilize <b>LeanIX</b> and <b>Signavio</b> for architecture visualization and process modeling.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders and ERP teams to translate strategies into SAP-enabled solutions.</li><li>Drive <b>fit-gap analysis, solution design, prototyping, integration, testing, and deployment</b> using agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).</li><li>Mentor team members and champion continuous learning and innovation.<br></li></ul><b>What We're Looking For</b><ul><li><b>Mandatory:</b></li><li><b>SAP Solution Architect Certification (SAP HANA)</b></li><li><b>8+ years of SAP architecture experience</b> across business, application, data, and technology domains</li><li>Proven hands-on experience in <b>Nuclear or Manufacturing industries</b></li><li><b>Preferred:</b></li><li>Expertise in <b>Finance or Supply Chain models</b></li><li>Certifications in <b>TOGAF, COBIT, Agile frameworks (SAFe)</b></li><li>Familiarity with <b>SAP Fiori, ABAP, SAP Cloud Platform</b></li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to <b>rapidly produce architecture deliverables</b> using LeanIX and Signavio.<br></li></ul><b>Why Join?</b><ul><li>Work on <b>high-impact projects</b> shaping the future of energy.</li><li>Collaborate with <b>utility experts and top-tier ERP teams</b>.</li><li>Hybrid work flexibility and a culture of <b>continuous learning</b>.<br></li></ul><b>Important Note</b><p>Candidates will be required to <b>demonstrate practical expertise during interviews</b> through scenario-based exercises and architecture design discussions.
