Sailun Tire Americas – SAP Business Analyst (FICO)


Position Reporting To – SAP Program Lead


Summary/Objective

Reporting to the SAP Program Lead, this role will provide daily support both functional and technical for the business teams and engage business partners to identify issues, collect business requirements, and propose solutions.


Essential Functions

• Daily AMS support through incidents/change request process.

• Facilitate meetings/discussions with business teams to collect business requirements. Translate business requirements into appropriate IT solutions within internal SAP and critical non-SAP business applications

• Design, customize, configure and test SAP SD/MM/FI/CO solutions while ensuring integration with other functional modules

• Act as liaison for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems within SAP and other business critical applications (eg. B2B portal, EDI etc.)

• Proactively identify and propose business processes and/or system enhancements.

• System integration support for Portal/Interfaces, BI and other systems may connect with SAP.

• Identify gaps, issues and workaround solutions.

• Design of complex SAP-related enhancements and/or extensions.

• Create functional specs for detail design logic and testing. Conduct UAT with business users.

• Track and manage resolution of any issues in the IT discipline impacting the STA/STU business function” to essential functions

• Engage in multiple, concurrent projects.


Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP ECC6.0 and S/4HANA in SD/MM, Supply Chain Management, FI/CO

• Strong cross function knowledge of SAP modules

• Ability to independently lead end-to-end implementation projects

• Ability to read code and debug program with developer

• 3+ full life cycle SAP system implementation project experience

• Excellent communication skills


Travel


May be asked to travel with North America (Chicago, Danvers, other CDN office)


•Must be able to work off hours due to communication with Head Office located in China

•Must be able to work in the Woodbridge office 4 days a week.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3+ years of SAP system implementation and support experience, configuration experience
