In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious sandwiches and making sure you station is set and all prep is correct. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all food safety standards are met and that each sandwich is made to perfection. Duties
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages.
- Perform basic math calculations for order totals and change during transactions.
-Write and execute prep lists and ordering to ensure that the restaurant is always ready to operate.
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation and cooking on a line.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe working environment.
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately in a fast-paced setting.
