As the go-to Salesforce expert for the company, you combine technical know-how with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring systems run smoothly and users feel supported. Youre detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident in translating business needs into smart, scalable solutions while keeping data integrity and compliance top of mind.</p><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Build and maintain Flows, Lightning Web Components, validation rules, approval processes, and workflow rules</li><li>Manage data quality deduplication, imports, mass updates, Data Loader</li><li>Support integrations with third-party vendors and our loan origination system</li><li>Train and support 50+ end users (from loan officers to processors to management)</li><li>Document processes and serve as the companys go-to Salesforce expert</li><li>Day-to-day administration of Salesforce (users, profiles, permission sets, roles, security, page layouts, record types, etc.)</li><li>Assist the Product Owner and Senior Salesforce Developer with daily tasks and ongoing Salesforce projects</li><li>Document <span >processes/workflows,</span> collaborate on other automation initiatives as needed</li><li>Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance</li><li>Create custom reports, dashboards, list views, and analytics for lending operations, compliance, and leadership</li><li>Create and maintain auto-generated PDF and electronic signature templates</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Skills Requested</p><ul><li>Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, Visualforce, and SOQL</li><li>Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms via API connections</li><li>Minimum of two years experience with Salesforce</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements is a must</li><li>Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally</li></ul><p></p><p>Skills That Would Be Considered Assets:</p><ul><li>Experience in regulated sectors such as financial services or mortgage lending</li><li>Salesforce certifications</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft 365, experience with the Power Platform</li><li>Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and building agents</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Applications</p><p>In your application, please include:</p><ul><li>Your Resume</li><li>Cover Letter:<ul><li>Why you want this role</li><li>What makes you the ideal candidate</li><li>How you plan to impress us within your first month</li><li>The Operations team is small but growing, if you have unique skills that you think would be an asset to our department let us know</li><li>If you&#39;d like to make a <em>3-5 minute video</em> instead of a cover letter, that would be even better but not mandatory</li></ul></li><li>A link to your portfolio or examples of previous projects with your application</li><li>Please note: Short-listed candidates will be required to complete a brief technical project to demonstrate their skills</li></ul><p></p><p>Benefits</p><ul><li>Company social events & volunteering your co-workers are awesome!
