Commission Based Compensation: With the ability to earn $100,000+ annually

For up to your first year, we guarantee a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

Your Path To Success

Build genuine relationships with Guests, in the showroom and across digital, phone, and virtual conversations
Learn Mazda's lineup and confidently guide each Guest toward a vehicle that fits their lifestyle, priorities, and budget
Create an experience that feels consultative, never transactional
Deliver a thoughtful, informative, and pressure free buying experience
Collaborate with a driven Sales and Finance team that values performance and shared wins
Follow up, stay organized, and build long term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business

Skills That Drive Success

A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly
Confidence communicating in person, online, and over the phone
A client first mindset, you care about the experience as much as the outcome
Some sales or customer facing experience from any industry, retail, hospitality, real estate, telecom, or beyond
A desire to learn, grow, and step into something new
Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations at once
A valid driver's license
