<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Growth Partner<br /><strong>Location:</strong> Toronto<br /><strong>Type:</strong> Full-Time<br /><strong>Start Date:</strong> August, 2025</p><strong>About Zero To One Strategic</strong><p>We unlock scale for Canada's most ambitious startups and scale-ups through friction-free access to SR&ED, grants, and other non-dilutive funding. </p><p>Growing >30 % MoM, we're building a revenue team that can keep paceand we reward success with uncapped upside.</p><p></p><strong>About the Role</strong><p>Own and grow a personal pipeline50 % self-sourced, 50 % inboundclosing fast (1-3 month) deals while becoming a familiar face across Toronto's tech events.</p><p></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><strong>Drive New Revenue</strong> Leverage your network of founders, VCs, accelerators, fractional CFOs, law & accounting firms to originate ~50 % of your own opportunities; convert inbound demand for the rest.<br><br></li><li><strong>Hit & Raise Quota</strong> Build a $5 M qualified pipeline and close $1.5 M+ new ARR in year 1.<br><br></li><li><strong>Show Up in the Ecosystem</strong> Attend/host at least one Toronto startup event every week (or every other week) and track ROI.<br><br></li><li><strong>Master the Offer</strong> Articulate clear ROI on SR&ED, grants, and stacked funding strategies; publish 23 LinkedIn insights per month to build thought-leadership.<br><br></li><li><strong>Run a Clean Desk</strong> Own your pipeline end-to-end in HubSpotprompt responses, meticulous notes, accurate forecasts, on-time follow-ups.</li></ul><p></p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong><ul><li>3+ years hunting net-new business in consulting, tech, or professional servicesquota $1 M.<br><br></li><li>Documented success hitting/exceeding targets on 13 month sales cycles.<br><br></li><li>Deep network in Canada's startup ecosystem (VCs, incubators, founder circles, fractional CFOs).<br><br></li><li>Personable storyteller who's <strong>detail-oriented</strong> and <strong>lightning-fast</strong> on customer comms.<br><br></li><li>Comfortable with weekly in-person networking; thrives on autonomy and accountability.</li></ul><p></p><strong>What We Offer</strong><ul><li><strong>$120k$150k OTE</strong> (base + commission) <strong>with no cap</strong>top performers regularly exceed <strong>$200k</strong>.<br><br></li><li>Equity/profit-share potential as we scale.<br><br></li><li>Remote-first flexibility with a Toronto hub for events.<br><br></li><li>Vacation, wellness days, and professional-development budget.<br><br></li><li>Plenty of runway for career growth as we scaleshape it your way.<br><br></li></ul><p></p><p>Click Apply through Breezy and tell us why you're the right closer for the job.</p><p><em>Psst still reading?
