Maid It Go is a growing professional cleaning and janitorial services company serving commercial clients across the Lower Mainland. We specialize in office cleaning, retail maintenance, salon hygiene services, and recurring commercial contracts.

We are expanding our commercial sales team and seeking driven professionals who are motivated by performance and growth.

Position Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Commercial Sales Representative to generate and close new B2B janitorial contracts. This role focuses on acquiring recurring service agreements with offices, retail businesses, medical clinics, salons, and other commercial establishments.

This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential commercial clients within assigned territories
  • Conduct in-person outreach, cold calling, and email communication
  • Schedule and attend on-site consultations with business owners or managers
  • Assess client cleaning requirements and coordinate with operations for accurate quoting
  • Present Maid It Go's services professionally and confidently
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
  • Negotiate terms within approved pricing guidelines
  • Close recurring service agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity
  • Support client onboarding and ensure smooth transition to operations
  • Maintain ongoing professional relationships to support retention and referrals

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous B2B sales experience is an asset
  • Experience in commercial services, facility management, or cleaning industry is an advantage
