Responsibilities
Spread, rake, and level hot mix asphalt
Assist crew with grade, slope, and depth
Clean edges, joints, and excess asphalt
Follow foreman direction and support crew productivity
Maintain a safe and clean work site
Requirements
Construction or asphalt experience preferred
Physically fit; able to perform hard labour
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Flexible schedule with overtime availability
Ability to work well in a team
Safety certifications and driver’s license are assets
