About the Role

As part of our new Multi Residential and City Facilities waste collection contract launching June 1, 2026., we are hiring Roll-Off Truck Drivers to service open-top containers at commercial, construction, and multi-family sites. The Roll-Off Driver is responsible for safely transporting, dropping off, and picking up large waste bins according to customer and route needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Roll-Off Truck to deliver, exchange, and remove large waste bins.
• Secure and transport containers safely to and from disposal facilities.
• Inspect bins and equipment for proper condition and report issues.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections on the vehicle.
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and traffic regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch about service requests, changes, or delays.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and service records.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 Driver’s License with Air Brake Endorsement (required).
• Clean Driver’s Abstract.
• Minimum 1–2 years of professional driving experience (roll-off or waste industry an asset).
• Ability to safely load/unload and maneuver roll-off containers.
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail.
