<p><b>Role: Vulnerability Manager</b></p><p><b>Location: Scarborough, ON (Hybrid)</b></p><p><b>Client: HCL Technologies</b></p><p><b>Project: Contract</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Job Description -</b></p><p>1) Monitor non-compliance of security patching and configuration for servers and workstations.</p><p>2) Coordinate with multiple teams to remediate non-compliance issues.</p><p>3) Analyze source data (e.g., dashboards, Qualys reports) and qualify, parse, reformat, and present data.</p><p>4) Assist in the formulation and administration of risk assessments (e.g., VCMERs), including liaising, coordination, and negotiation with BMO stakeholders (information security and risk teams).</p><p>5) Create and present reports.</p><p>6) Be resourceful with core competency to resolve problems.</p><p>7) Ability to impact and influence others without always relying on escalation.</p><p>8) Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.</p><p>9) Possess a background in IT deployment processes (planning, engineering, testing, and implementation).</p><p>10) Knowledge and understanding of governance, risk, and compliance is essential.</p><p>11) Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.</p><p>12) Knowledge and understanding of data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, Spotfire).</p>
