MILOS TORONTO INC. is seeking a Restaurant Manager.<BR><BR>Workplace: 330 Bay Street, Toronto, ON, M5H 2S8, Canada.<BR><BR>Roles and responsibilites:<BR><BR>- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant and help develop the kitchen teams to grow MILOS Toronto in the future.<BR>- Determine type of services to be offered as new menu items and optimizes current offerings for quality, plans budgets, etc. and implement operational procedures for the teams.<BR>- Recruit staff, oversee staff training and their work schedules.<BR>- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.<BR>- Occasionally, assist the chef and sous-chef in the kitchen on busy days.<BR>- Other related tasks.<BR><BR>Expected start date : 2025-11-02<BR><BR>Permanent position<BR><BR>Annual Salary : $120 000 Canadian dollars.<BR><BR>Working hours: 44 hours a week.<BR><BR>Vacation : 2 weeks of paid vacation per year, i.e. the equivalent of 4% of annual salary.<BR><BR>Social Benefits :<BR>- Dental insurance.<BR>- Eye care.<BR>- Extended medical insurance.<BR>- Uniform supplied.<BR><BR>Working language : English is required.<BR><BR>Required skills:<BR>-10 years of experience in the restaurant industry within a Greek gourmet restaurant or in Mediterranean gourmet restaurant, including several years of experience supervising a kitchen team, is required.<BR><BR>To apply, please send your resume to the following email address:
