<p><p><b>Description</b></p></p><p><b>This Volunteer Placement is located in</b>: Jamaica</p><p><b>Eligibility: Open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Canada only</b></p><p><b>Start Date: </b>December 2025</p><p><b>Language Requirements: </b>English </p><p>The overall purpose of the placement is to strengthen the capacity of the Caribbean Vulnerable Communities (CVC) to analyse and dissect research findings on the lived experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community in the Caribbean. As a volunteer, you will support the team to review, compile and analyse various research documents and findings using a gender-responsive lens. You will also support our other partner-Eastern Caribbean Alliance for Gender Equality (ECADE) with similar work. </p><p><p><b>Requirements</b></p></p> <li>University degree in social/political sciences, international development, human rights, gender studies, social work, law, public policy, or related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a position (s) related to the promotion of gender equality, diversity including LGBTQIA+ issues.</li> <li>Experience working with civil society organizations.</li> <li>Experience with data analysis and measurement.</li> <li>Specialized training in gender equality and social inclusion.</li> <li>Experience training others in gender equality and social inclusion.</li> <li>Experience working with LGBTQIA+ groups.</li> Apply for this jobBrowse Jobs in Canada by City
