Connection Inc. is growing and we’re hiring a Remote Customer Success / Support Specialist to deliver a world-class client experience and help clients succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound client support requests (FreshDesk)
- Make proactive outbound client check-ins (phone/SMS/email)
- Support clients inside HighLevel including on-boarding, workflows/automations
- Help build customer “delight” and follow-up sequences
- Communicate internally via Slack
Required Experience
✅ HighLevel experience (REQUIRED)
✅ Strong communication (written + verbal)
✅ Confident on Zoom (camera-on client calls)
✅ Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
