Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a hands-on opportunity? Kal Tire is seeking Tire Retread Technicians to join our team at our re-manufacturing facility in Acheson, AB.

What to Expect in This Role:

To help you decide if this role is the right fit, here's what a typical day looks like:

• You'll work in a manufacturing environment that can be warm, noisy, and fast-paced.
• You'll be on your feet most of the day, using hand tools and machines to inspect, buff, and prepare tires for retreading.
• The work is repetitive but methodical, requiring patience and a strong attention to detail.
• You'll wear protective gear (gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots) and follow strict safety procedures.
• You'll be part of a supportive team that works together to meet daily production goals.

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Full-time day shifts.
• Paid Training 7:00 am- 3:30 pm
• Permanent Schedule 9:00 am- 5:30 pm
• No Shift Rotation.
• Sunday's and Holiday's off.
• Overtime available during peak seasons.
