This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to client satisfaction, and the ability to create a relaxing and therapeutic environment.<br />*Responsibilities*<br />* Perform a variety of massage techniques<br />* Assess clients' needs and tailor each session accordingly to ensure optimal results.<br />* Maintain a clean and organized treatment area<br />* Build rapport with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their concerns.<br />* Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress.<br />* Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices through continuous education.<br />* Promote overall wellness by advising clients on self-care practices and lifestyle adjustments.<br />*Requirements*<br />* Valid certification as a Massage Therapist. MTAS member is an asset.<br />* Proficiency in various massage modalities; <br /> additional certifications are a plus.<br />* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.<br />* Excellent time management skills to ensure timely appointments and client satisfaction.<br />* Ability to create a calming atmosphere conducive to relaxation and healing.<br />* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.<br />* Previous experience in a spa or wellness center is preferred but not required.<br />Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to enhancing the well-being of our clients through massage.
