- Every other Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
- Wednesday: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
- Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
- 1-2 Saturdays per month: 9:00am – 2:00pm
Job Overview

We are seeking a caring, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including assessments, scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
- Perform periodontal evaluations and document findings accurately.
- Take digital radiographs according to practice protocols.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment plans.
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization procedures (IPAC compliance).
- Collaborate closely with dentists and the clinical team to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient charts using (Practice Management Software).
- Ensure operatory cleanliness, organization, and readiness for each patient.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive patient experience at every visit.
Qualifications
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO).
- Completion of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required).
- Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive care.
- Experience with digital radiography and hygiene-specific tools.
- Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix, Tracker, Abeldent, Paradigm, Cleardent, or similar (asset).
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Strong attention to detail, clinical accuracy, and infection-control compliance.
- Positive, compassionate, and team-oriented approach.

Compensation
- Pay Range: $47.00–$53.00 per hour
- Compensation is commensurate with experience and skills.
