This is a pivotal leadership role within a newly established regional team, responsible for localizing global strategy, executing high-impact campaigns, and scaling our marketing presence in key markets.</p><p>You’ll report directly to the Global Marketing team based in Singapore, while taking full ownership of the regional marketing roadmap and execution. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, understands local nuances, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup-like environment.</p><p></p><p>What You’ll Do</p><ul><li>Own the regional marketing strategy and execution, aligning with global brand and business goals</li><li>Act as the local GTM lead for product launches, regional market entries, and high-impact campaigns</li><li>Localize and activate across brand, digital, partnerships, PR, events, and influencers</li><li>Build and manage relationships with local agencies, creators, affiliates, and media partners</li><li>Optimize regional acquisition and retention funnels with support from global growth and product teams</li><li>Gather and share market and consumer insights to shape global positioning and campaign planning</li><li>Track and report on regional KPIs, including brand health, campaign ROI, and performance marketing outcomes</li><li>Hire, lead, and mentor regional contractors or future team members, shaping a best-in-class local presence</li></ul><p>Who You Are</p><ul><li>At least 7 years of experience in marketing, ideally in GTM, regional, or integrated marketing roles</li><li>Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to bridge regional execution with global priorities</li><li>Experienced in full-funnel marketing, spanning brand, acquisition, and lifecycle</li><li>Deep understanding of local culture, platforms, media, and consumer behavior</li><li>Proven ability to manage external partners including agencies and influencer networks</li><li>Comfortable in high-autonomy, fast-growth environments, with the ability to make data-informed decisions</li><li>Entrepreneurial — scrappy, proactive, and resourceful, with a bias for action</li></ul><p>Bonus Points For</p><ul><li>Experience launching or scaling consumer tech, travel, or telco products in the region</li><li>Familiarity with both B2C and B2B2C marketing motions</li><li>Prior work experience in a global org or matrixed team structure</li><li>Some knowledge of eSIMs, mobile connectivity, or telecom industries</li><li>Fluency in a regional language beyond English</li></ul><p>KPIs You’ll Be Measured On</p><ul><li>Growth in regional brand awareness, reach, and perception</li><li>Acquisition and conversion performance (CAC, ROAS, LTV)</li><li>Campaign effectiveness including engagement, retention, and virality</li><li>Success of local market entry and regional GTM launches</li><li>Strength of cross-functional collaboration with global HQ and partner teams</li></ul><p>Why Join Us</p><p>Nomad eSIM, backed by LotusFlare, is reimagining mobile connectivity for the modern, global consumer.
