You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. If this sounds like you, start your application today!</p><b>Compensation:</b><p>$75,000</p><b>Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home</li><li>Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close</li><li>Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers</li><li>Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market</li><li>Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction</li></ul><ul><li>Educate buyers on the local housing market</li><li>Guide clients through the home buying process, including budgeting & mortgage options</li><li>Engage with pre-qualified leads to assess their needs</li><li>Schedule & conduct showings, open houses, and home tours</li><li>Prepare contracts, purchase agreements, and closing documents</li></ul><b>Qualifications:</b><ul><li>Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry</li><li>Has superb interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience</li></ul><ul><li>Must have a valid Real Estate License</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience with the local real estate market and general trends</li><li>Valid Canadian driver’s license with the ability to travel by car</li><li>Experience working in a customer service environment and highly resourceful</li><li>We provide training and lots of support to help you close the deal</li><li>Previous work experience as a buyer&#39;s agent an asset</li></ul><b>About Company</b><br /><p>Join the #1 Century 21 Real Estate firm* in Canada for 14 consecutive years!
