What are we Looking for

The Quality Engineering Co-op will be a member of our Quality team working closing to support our production team.

Co-op Term: May 2026 – September 2026

Essential Responsibilities

  • Creating/Improving processes related to Return to Vendor and MRB Cage by establishing physical and systematic processes, workflows and documentation.
  • Gain Oracle knowledge to establish, improve and implement new processes related to Supplier Quality.
  • Create and support reporting and analysis in Oracle, such as daily status reports, return to vendor, inspections and inventory.
  • Support the non-conformance process through supplier and operations follow-ups.
  • Help with ad hoc incoming inspection to develop associated reporting and workflow.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of best practice warehouse strategy, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
  • Developing action plans to optimize material storage processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conducting audits on material storage locations to determine inventory accuracy.
  • Analyzing stored data regarding material control to create both reports and spreadsheets.

Your Profile

  • Experience working within a manufacturing setting would be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Programs, such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge in Oracle, SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver key objectives within established timelines.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
