Quality Engineer

Job Description

<p>Are you passionate about quality, process improvement, and driving results? We’re looking for a <strong>Quality Engineer</strong> to lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives in our production environment, with a strong focus on <strong>Statistical Process Control (SPC)</strong> and <strong>root cause analysis</strong>.</p>

<p>What You’ll Do:</p>

<ul>
<li>
<p>Manage and enhance our SPC program to improve product quality and eliminate waste</p>

<li>
<p>Lead root cause investigations using 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone tools</p>

<li>
<p>Deliver training on SPC methods to production and quality teams</p>

<li>
<p>Drive corrective actions for product/process nonconformities</p>

<li>
<p>Maintain and update PFMEA documents, control plans, and quality documentation</p>

<li>
<p>Visit customers to resolve quality issues and promote a proactive quality culture</p>

<li>
<p>Conduct audits and support compliance with internal and external standards</p>

<li>
<p>Support our Quality Improvement Plan to boost consistency and customer satisfaction</p>

<p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>
<p>Diploma in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related field</p>

<li>
<p>Strong knowledge of SPC and quality tools</p>

<li>
<p>Ability to interpret technical drawings and specs</p>

<li>
<p>Skilled in developing PFMEAs, control plans, and process documentation</p>

<li>
<p>Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical software (e.g., Minitab)</p>

<p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering</p>

<p>Six Sigma Green Belt certification</p>

<li>
<p>Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector</p>

<li>
<p>Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards</p>
