<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Job Title: Project Manager<br />Location: Toronto, Canada <br />Role: FT<br><br>We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Boomi-Enterprise Integration team. <br><br><b>Key Requirements for the Role:</b><br /><b>Technical and PMO Experience</b>:<ul><li><ul><li>The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and PMO experience to effectively navigate and hold discussions with both the internal team and customers.</li><li>They should be able to understand technical tasks and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.</li></ul></li></ul><b>Project Management Experience</b>:<ul><li><ul><li>The candidate should have <b>managed at least two full-fledged implementation projects</b> from start to finish.</li><li>They should have experience leading a team of <b>4-5 individuals</b> and ensuring successful project delivery.</li></ul></li></ul><b>Soft Skills</b>:<ul><li><ul><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.</li><li>Problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively.</li></ul></li></ul><b>Additional Details:</b><ul><li><ul><li>The role will involve working closely with both technical teams and customers, so the candidate should be comfortable bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders.</li><li>Experience in managing implementation projects (e.g., software, systems, or process implementations) is a must.</li><li>Managing integration projects will be plus</li></ul></li></ul><br /><b>Education and Experience:</b><ul><li><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer <span >science/information</span> technology or related field</li><li>3-4 years of relevant experience in project management, <span >implementation/integration</span> experience </li></ul></li></ul><br><br> <p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>vjLV0MorBA</p></p></p>
