ICI Renovation Project Manager
Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 base + benefits (DOE)
Project Values: $2M-$10M (interiors/fit-outs, phased + occupied spaces)
About the Role
Manage fast-track Industrial/Commercial/Institutional renovation projects from pre-con through closeout-minimizing disruption in active facilities while meeting budget, schedule, quality, and safety targets.
What You'll Do
- Plan scopes, schedules (CPM), budgets, procurement, and risk/phasing plans
- Lead tendering, trade awards, and contract admin (CCDC); negotiate change orders
- Coordinate consultants, trades, and building ops; drive RFIs/submittals
- Manage permits, inspections, shutdowns, and after-hours work as needed
- Track costs, cash flow, and progress; issue client reports and meeting minutes
- Enforce H&S and QA/QC; oversee commissioning, deficiencies, and turnover docs
What You Bring
- 5-8+ years as a PM delivering ICI renovations/fit-outs ($2M-$10M)
- Strength in occupied-space phasing, MEP coordination, and stakeholder comms
- Proficiency with Procore (or similar), MS Project/Primavera, and Excel
- Diploma/Degree in Construction/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Assets: Gold Seal (GSC), PMP, healthcare/education/office interiors experience
