Your new role
As the Senior Project Coordinator / Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-rise and multi-storied residential developments from "start-to-finish." You will act as the strategic bridge between the development team, the construction site, and the investment stakeholders. Your focus will be on maintaining the delicate balance between sustainable construction excellence and rigorous financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities
Full Project Lifecycle: Manage multi-residential builds from pre-construction and shoring to final occupancy and handover to the property management team.
Financial Stewardship: Lead the development and maintenance of sophisticated budget templates, ensuring accurate cost-tracking, cash flow forecasting, and progress billing.
Sustainability Coordination: Oversee the procurement and implementation of energy-efficient materials to ensure the project meets its low-carbon objectives.
Systems Leadership: Utilize ProCore and MS Project to manage RFI flows, submittals, change orders, and master schedules.
Stakeholder Liaison: Provide clear, bilingual reporting to the internal investment/funds management group regarding project milestones and ROI.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate is a high-performing construction professional who understands the complexities of the Quebec multi-residential market and possesses a keen eye for sustainable development.

Language: Fluency in both English and French is mandatory for navigating this bilingual region and coordinating with local trades and stakeholders.
Experience: Proven track record in multi-storied residential projects. You must have experience seeing these builds through all phases of construction.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in ProCore, MS Project, and Excel. The ability to build and maintain complex budget templates is a critical requirement.
Sustainability Mindset: A genuine interest in energy-efficient construction and low-carbon materials.
Education: A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
