<h3>POSITION SUMMARY</h3>
<p>The Project Manager, Capital Projects & Infrastructure will lead and deliver a variety of capital and subdivision projects. This is a dynamic role that involves working closely with developers, municipalities, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, within budget and in compliance with required standards.</p>
<h3>KEY DUTIES</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end subdivision projects from agreements to energization, including coordination with various stakeholders including legal, developers, securities, insurance providers and inspectors.</li>
<li>Lead capital projects from pre-design through to construction, including consultant management, design review, compliance requirements and cost estimation.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Finance) to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.</li> <li>Coordinate procurement, material planning, work orders, and contractor oversight.</li>
<li>Support preparation and management of project budgets, prepare financial estimates, and support long-term planning of future projects</li>
<li>Troubleshoot field issues and resolve scope changes effectively.</li>
</ul>
<h3>SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</h3>
<ul>
<li>College diploma or degree in engineering or a related field.</li>
<li>CET, P.Eng., PMP, or equivalent experience preferred.</li>
<li>3-5 years related experience in utility, engineering, or infrastructure project management.</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li>
<li>Skilled in contract and budget management.</li>
