Project Manager

Required Skill Sets:
- Project Governance: Develop project plans, roadmaps, and milestones while monitoring KPIs and budgets.
- Business Requirements: Gather, document, and analyze requirements (BRDs), creating process flows to align with target-state, initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between IT, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Front Office teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, mitigate, and resolve operational, tactical, and strategic risks.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, audit trails, and provide status updates to senior management.
- Process Transformation: Support market transformation initiatives and identify synergies to reduce delivery timelines.
- Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of Capital Markets, trading, and related support functions (e.g., market risk, credit risk, collateral, derivatives).
- Experience: Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects, particularly within financial services, often 5+ years.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with trading systems, data flows, and project tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Education: A degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Transformation Projects: Driving improvements in technology and operational processes.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Ensuring initiatives meet regulatory reporting and compliance standards.
