Job Description
Job Title: Project Coordinator Junior
Location: Toronto ON (Hybrid) 525 University Avenue
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: CAD 40-45/Hour
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of experience as a
Project Coordinator in IT or digital health
environments. (
Healthcare Experience Mandatory
) - Hands-on experience with client support, client integration, and business process implementation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
. - Experience supporting product integration projects.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework.
Deliverables Include:
- Process Implementation: Support implementation of business processes and provide input to process improvements.
- Operations Support: Coordinate client integration to ONE ID, with focus on client engagement, client support, and end-user authorization.
- Project Support: Provide project coordination support for product integration initiatives.
- Documentation: Provide input to process documentation, user guides, and operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Operational responsibilities:
- Coordinate ONE ID operational activities including client support, stakeholder requests, incidents and escalations within Service Level Agreement timelines.
- Execute IAM processes including end-user authentication and authorization.
- Support communication and engagement plans for ONE ID initiatives.
- Provide input to process improvements and process documentation aligned with evolving business needs.
- Project Responsibilities:
- Provide project coordination support for product integration initiatives, including IAM activities and Business Acceptance Test (BAT) case execution.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the digital health ecosystem
- Proven ability to work within IAM framework
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, or reporting systems
- Knowledge of ITSM practices
Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of data integrity principles and quality assurance.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and update technical/process documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet SLA timelines.
Required Experience / Evaluation Criteria:
- Project coordination, business operations or technical onboarding experience. 20 points
- Experience supporting identity and access operations or similar authorization processes. 35 points
- Proven customer service, client support and stakeholder engagement experience. 35 points
- Experience assisting with business process improvement and documentation initiatives. 10 points
