The available positions can be based out of our offices in Mississauga, Pickering/ Oshawa.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Supports obtaining and analyzing project data.
• Consolidates information received from Project Technical, Project Scheduling, planning, Cost Control, and HSE for monthly Project specific internal and external reporting.
• Logs corrective actions and dates.
• Ensures ACONEX is up to date.
• Provides operational support by liaising with Project Managers, Project Technical, HSE teams.
• Supports stakeholder meeting documentation.

What will you contribute?

• Ideal for new university graduate.
• Proficient in MS office suite software, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Ideally some knowledge of PowerBI reporting.
• Ability to learn new software as per the company standards.
• Good organizational skills are required with attention to details.
• Ability to establish priorities and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Report writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Effective problem solving skills with a results oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn in a fast paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
