THE TEAM

The mission of the Product Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Product Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the stewardship of the Product Division's infrastructure, ensuring people, process, technology, and space infrastructure are delivering maximum value to the business. As a Senior Analyst/Analyst, Product Integration, you will support maintaining and upholding the standards of operational excellence throughout the Product Lifecycle. THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Product Integration, you will:

• Facilitate the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resource allocation for work across the division
• Ensure that key programs are executed flawlessly
• Project manage or serve as the Business Lead on cross-functional initiatives
• Identify, design, and deliver Product technology solutions
• Execute the integration of various events seamlessly
• Integrate new infrastructure into and out of the division
• Ensure division tools support business needs effectively
• Connect and organize the department with business-driven, simple, and relevant information

THE COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 per year, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.
