<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Join to apply for the <b>Procurement Manager</b> role at <b>ROCKWOOL Group</b>. This position is based in Milton, ON and is part of the Sourcing and Procurement team. You will report to the Procurement Director in North America. The team consists of 13 members, including category management, purchasing, and a procurement analyst.</p><h3>What you will be doing</h3><p>As a key member of the team, you will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for assigned categories to achieve optimal cost savings and supplier performance. You will build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate advantageous contracts, drive cost optimization initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your analytical mindset will support market analysis and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. A proactive procurement professional with a proven track record is encouraged to apply.
