Job Description
Our client, an Insurance Brokerage with a national presence is looking to add more firepower to their Personal Lines team in Oakville, ON. We are excited to partner with them on their search for an experienced Personal Lines Broker who has a strong service background and interested in doing sales through 100% inbound leads!Benefits & Perks
- Base salary in the range of $55,0000 to $63,000 + commission on retention and new business targets
- 3 weeks vacation + 8 wellness days
- RRSP matching after 1st year of employment
- Handle inbound new business inquiries and provide appropriate risk coverage based on client needs
- Provide timely, accurate, and easily understood insurance quotes to prospects
- Assist with servicing existing clients for renewals, changes to policies, endorsements, cancellations, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while working collaboratively within a team of brokers
- Foster positive relations with underwriters from various carriers and MGAs
- RIBO License
- 2 years' experience selling or servicing personal lines clients in a brokerage setting
- Experience with EPIC and Applied Rating Systems would be ideal
- Previous history in successfully meeting or surpassing new business/retention targets
