We provide concierge-level support including errands, household management, organization, cleaning, laundry, scheduling, and administrative assistance.
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Personal Assistant who is comfortable working in private homes and handling a variety of tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Role Overview
As a Personal Assistant, you will support clients both in their homes and with life logistics. This is a hands-on role requiring independence, strong organization skills, and attention to detail.
You must be trustworthy, adaptable, and comfortable completing both physical tasks and light administrative work.
Responsibilities
Household Support
- General house cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, tidying)
- Laundry (washing, drying, folding, basic garment care)
- Changing bed linens
- Light organizing and decluttering
- Maintaining a clean and orderly environment
Errands & Logistics
- Grocery shopping and errand runs
- Returns and exchanges
- Donation drop-offs
- Marketplace pickups and deliveries
- Waiting for home service providers when required
Administrative & Coordination
- Appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
- Basic email and document organization
- Research tasks and vendor sourcing
- Event preparation support (sourcing items, pickups, coordination)
- Maintaining clear communication with clients and management
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Clean driving record
- Previous cleaning or household experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Discretion and professionalism in private homes
- Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs
- Tech-comfortable (email, calendar apps, basic digital tools)
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, housekeeper, or executive assistant
- Basic business administration experience (invoicing, scheduling systems, document management, or general office support)
- Background in hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles
Hours & Schedule
- Minimum 8 hours per week
- Up to 40 hours per week depending on client needs and business growth
- Availability required during daytime hours
- Evening and weekend availability may be required based on client needs
- Flexible scheduling with potential for expanded hours as the client base grows
