Job Description
<p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Provision of legally compliant and sound advice and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of case management issues.</li><li>Responsible for all employee relations case management (i.e., underperformance, disciplinary, cross-border, grievance, and sickness absence).</li><li>Executing a portfolio of business change projects and in-country projects in collaboration with HRBPs.</li><li>Supporting HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence in delivering cyclical HR processes (e.g., Talent, Rewards).</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><p><b>Essential Knowledge & Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Experience managing high-risk employment-related cases from intake to investigation to resolution.</li><li>Proven success in partnering and collaborating with stakeholders across functions and levels.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and sound judgment based on policies, procedures, practices, and risk factors.</li><li>Experience in core HR functions (e.g., Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management) with specific expertise in HR process design, transaction support, and employee administration.</li></ul><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.</li></ul><p><b>Additional information:</b></p><ul><li>This is a permanent full-time position.</li><li>The position is based in Ontario, Canada.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
