<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Parts & Service Coordinator</strong><br />Location: Surrey, BC (On-Site)<br />Type: Full-Time, Permanent<br />Salary:$50,000–$70,000/year (based on experience), with potential OTE up to $80,000/year including commissions</p><p>About the Role:<br />Join our team as a Parts & Service Coordinator in a fast-growing HVAC business. You&#39;ll become the go-to expert for parts, coordinating service, handling warranties, and troubleshooting with customers, contractors, and suppliers. If you&#39;re passionate about technical solutions and customer service, this role offers growth and impact in a supportive, dynamic environment.</p><p>What You&#39;ll Do:</p><ul><li>Manage incoming requests for quotations (RFQs) and provide accurate parts quotes.</li><li>Source, order, ship, and track aftermarket parts while maintaining inventory.</li><li>Lead technical troubleshooting, warranty claims, and RMAs.</li><li>Collaborate with project estimators and service techs to deliver exceptional pre- and post-sale support.</li><li>Identify upselling opportunities and promote non-exclusive parts products.</li><li>Stay updated on product lines and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.</li><li>Assist with equipment quotations, logistics, and internal sales meetings.</li></ul><p>What You Bring:</p><ul><li>2+ years of customer-facing or B2B experience (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, industrial equipment, or automotive parts).</li><li>Technical knowledge of hydronic heating, steam systems, or venting equipment (asset).</li><li>Proficiency with CRM and QuickBooks (or similar platforms).</li><li>Logistics or inventory management experience (asset).</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license, personal vehicle, and ability to travel locally (~1 visit/week).</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Customer-centric, proactive, and collaborative mindset.</li><li>Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field (preferred).</li></ul><p>What We Offer:</p><ul><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.</li><li>$500/year wellness fund for fitness activities or equipment.</li><li>$250/year donation to a charity of your choice.</li><li>Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.</li><li>Stable Monday–Friday schedule (no <span >evenings/weekends).</span></li><li>Paid time off, including sick days and holidays.</li><li>Profit-sharing program and performance-based commissions.</li><li>Ongoing training (in-house and North America-wide).</li><li>Company phone and plan (~$1,200/year value).</li><li>Supportive team and professional development opportunities.</li></ul><p>Why Join Us?<br />As a Parts & Service Coordinator, you&#39;ll drive customer satisfaction and company success by mastering complex HVAC systems and delivering reliable solutions.
