About The Role
We're looking for a Part Time Warehouse Associate to help us keep things moving behind the scenes
This position will work a flexible schedule with up to a maximum of 24 hours per week on our afternoon shift. Shift start time will be after 1 p.m., ending close to, or at midnight (no overnight work). This position is part of a unionized environment.
Responsibilities
Ability to operate reach, cherry picker and rider machinery
Fill commercial orders
Inventory
Maintain supply of boxes and envelopes when needed
Remove office supply orders from conveyor lines
Stack orders on pallets for line haul drivers and couriers for different delivery areas
Shrink wrap pallets
Sort and label bulk orders and special cross dock orders
Clean work area and stack pallets
Qualifications
Grade 12 diploma
Must be able to read and speak English
Able to lift heavy objects - up to 60 lbs.
Must be well organized with clean work habits
Well developed communication skills and a team player
HFA exposure an asset
Starting salary for this position is $19.86 / hour
