Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will support various HR functions and administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations within our HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing applicant tracking.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Maintain accurate records and update HR databases as needed.
- Support in the preparation of HR documents, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
