Key Responsibilities for Part-Time Controller role:

  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
  • The Part-Time Controller will manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Evaluate and enhance accounting procedures and internal controls.
  • Provide financial insights and collaborate with leadership on strategy.
  • The Part-Time Controller will supervise and support accounting staff as needed.
  • Assist with tax planning and coordinate with external auditors.

Preferred Qualifications for Part-Time Controller role:


  • CPA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Ability to work independently and provide strategic financial insights.
