<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>About the Job:</strong></p><p>Maple Dental Centre just celebrated 30 years in the Maple, Vaughan community. We are looking to add a new team member that will add to the professionalism, health-focused and self discipline of our current team.<br><br>The ideal candidate has a charming and outgoing personality, is a Level 2 HARP Certified RDA. If you are passionate about customer service and take pride in creating exceptional experiences, we would love to hear from you!<br><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities and tasks include, but not limited to the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Preparing treatment rooms and accommodating patients in a timely manner.</li><li>Efficient instrument passing and knowledge of dental procedures.</li><li>Packing and Sterilization of instruments.</li><li>Organization of supplies and work.</li><li>Practicing exceptional IPAC standards.</li><li>Charting on computer patient software and scanning.</li><li>Taking Digital pictures with intraoral and extraoral camera.</li><li>Providing assistance to clinicians where needed.</li><li>Welcoming, greet, escorting patients. Ensure all their needs are met prior to arrival.</li><li>Attending to patient comforts and needs in the office.</li><li>Ensuring a positive attitude at all times, acting as a leader and role model for staff to emulate.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>LEVEL II RDA, HARP CERTIFIED REQUIRED.</li><li>Have strong leadership and organization qualities to handle any situation that may rise in matters of patient service so that patients are cared for.</li><li>Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Be able to communicate effortlessly and professionally to patients and staff in a warm manner.</li><li>Ability to work under stressful situations, handling more than one task at a time.</li><li>Have an outgoing and friendly personality.</li><li>Desire to learn and improve in digital dentistry.</li><li>Be customer service focused, and be attentive to detail.</li><li>Be neat, professional and well groomed.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Dental care.</li><li>Paid Continued Education.</li><li>Office Excursions.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><ul><li>8 hour shift.</li><li>2 days/week including 2 Saturdays/month.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Ability to commute/relocate:</strong></p><ul><li>Maple, Vaughan: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Dental Assisting: 2-3 year (preferred).</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Language:</strong></p><ul><li>English (required).</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong><span >Licence/Certification:</span></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Certified Dental Assistant 2 (required).</strong></li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Work Location:</strong> In person<br><br><strong>Send Resumes to: </strong>m<strong><span >apledentalcentre@rogers.com</span></strong></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
