Removing old paint using sandblasters or other painting tools. Assist the Painter in painting new & renovated residential & commercial sites etc. Prepare the surface for painting. Hold or deliver the materials required for work to the tradesman and help in various activities. Operate various hand and power tools. Carry equipment required for painting from the storage to the site and help loading and unloading materials. Mix, pour and spread painting material. Assist in applying paint or other material using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Removing old wallpaper or loose paint. Maintain precautions & cleanliness while working with the painting materials. Job Requirements: No formal education is required. Experience is an asset; however, on-the-job training will be provided.
