The Role
Lead our Media team as Paid Media Manager. Drive strategy, performance, and scaling across paid channels. Manage internal team/contractors. Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Client Success, and Product to hit revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovate paid media offerings for creator economy.
- Align media with client/business goals via cross-functional work.
- Optimize tech/automation with Product team.
- Design team incentives for performance.
- Lead trends, thought leadership, and platform strategies.
- Manage team, processes, operations, and reporting.
- Own campaign strategy/execution/optimization on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat+.
To Succeed
- Lead teams/contractors with high engagement.
- Build scalable strategies/processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally.
- Mentor, incentivize, innovate.
- Hands-on optimize campaigns.
About You
- 7–10+ years paid media/digital/creator marketing.
- Proven team leadership.
- Hands-on Meta/TikTok/Snapchat experience.
- Auction/bidding/creative/optimization expertise.
- $5M+ spend managed (preferred).
- Fast-paced, organized, communicative.
- Bonus: Creator economy, Sales/Creative Strategy, tech company exp.

Compensation
$90K–$100K base + bonus/stock/perks. Transparent, level-based pay is discussed upfront.
