Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the role of Outside Sales Specialist. This is a full-time on-site position based in North York, ON. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, meeting with potential clients, building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and managing accounts. The specialist will also participate in field activities, deliver product training sessions, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Field Service and Customer Service skills, with a strong ability to address client needs and concerns effectively
- Sales and Account Management experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships
- Training skills to provide clear, engaging, and effective product or service education to clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate client interactions and negotiations
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to meet and exceed goals
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or sales is preferred
