As an Outside Sales Representative – Office Document Solutions, you will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing client relationships within an assigned territory across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions. You will sell consultative, solution-based office document solutions and managed services to small, mid-sized, and enterprise clients. This is a field-based, hybrid role focused on relationship building, prospecting, in-person demonstrations, and long-term account growth. THE PRODUCT / SERVICE / SOLUTION:

This role focuses on selling office document solutions and managed services, including business-critical equipment and service offerings that support printing, document management, workflow efficiency, and ongoing client support.

Solutions are sold through a consultative sales approach and frequently involve multiple decision-makers on the client side, including ownership, executive leadership, finance, IT, and operations. The offering is supported by strong internal service teams, reliable fulfillment, and long-term post-sale support, enabling sales representatives to build lasting client relationships.


OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
  • Office Location: Markham, Ontario

  • Hybrid – Work from Home / Field-Based

  • Primary Territory: Approximately a 200 km radius within the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions

  • In-office requirement: One day per week for pipeline review and strategy meetings

  • Travel: Local travel only; no overnight travel required


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
  • $60,000–$80,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

  • On-Target Earnings: $110,000–$140,000+

  • Uncapped commission structure

  • Monthly vehicle allowance plus 407 coverage

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience

  • Minimum 2+ years selling office equipment, document solutions, managed print services, or similar technical B2B solutions

  • Proven hunter mentality with consistent new business development experience

  • Strong prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management skills

  • Consultative selling approach with the ability to manage multi-step sales cycles

  • Comfortable conducting in-person client meetings and product demonstrations

  • Strong organizational skills, follow-up discipline, and consistent CRM usage

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required


EDUCATION:
  • College Diploma or University Degree


TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES:
  • Prospect and develop new business within an assigned territory

  • Manage, retain, and grow existing client accounts

  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations

  • Build and maintain a qualified and accurate sales pipeline

  • Track activities, opportunities, and follow-ups within the CRM

  • Attend weekly pipeline and strategy meetings

  • Collaborate closely with internal service, operations, and support teams to ensure strong customer outcomes
