FICARI Inc.,a high-end residential collection line of Quality & Company Inc., is seeking a driven Outbound SalesExecutive to join our growing team. We are looking for a candidate with strong business development skills, a passion for expanding sales within the luxury segment, and the confidence to challenge the status quo while contributing to the brand’s continued growth.

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, this individual will lead the outbound sales function and drive new business growth. As anOutbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible forexpanding the brand’s market reach, proactively prospecting new opportunities, and meeting with potential clients across Canada and/or the US to build a strong pipeline and convert leads into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach, proactivelyidentifyand research new prospects across interior design, architecture, hospitality, and luxury residential/hospitalitymarkets.
  • Execute structured outbound outreach, build andmaintaintargeted lead lists.
  • Introduce theFicaribrand, product lines, and value proposition with clarity and confidence.
  • Secure meetings, showroom appointments, or virtual presentations with qualified prospects.
  • Gather initial project information, timelines, budgets, and needs to support overall qualification.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management,maintainanoutbound-driven pipeline with consistent follow-up.Log all outreach activities, status updates, and client interactions in CRM with accuracy.
  • Track KPIs: new leads added, outreach volume, meetings booked, and opportunities generated.
  • Work closely withDOOto refine outreach strategies, target verticals, and messaging.
  • Coordinate with marketing toleveragenew collateral, sample kits, and campaigns.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitive observations, and client needs.
  • RepresentFicariwith a professional, elevated tone aligned with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
  • Develop strong product knowledge, including materials, finishes, pricing, and production details.Prepare quotes, provide samples, and support project decisions.
  • Meet monthlysalesquotas for outbound touches, qualified opportunities, and meetings scheduled.Contribute directly to revenue growth by opening new client relationships and unlocking new projects.
  • Maintain existing client relationships by providing product information, newsletters, and check-in methodologies to keep interest high.
  • Travel across Canada and/or the US to build a strong client portfolio.
  • Provide required communication logs, tracking, brand visibility opportunities, reports, and related data to DOO and CEO on a regularly scheduled basis.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of outbound sales, business development, or B2B lead generation experience.
  • Experiencein interior design, furniture, luxury goods, residential and hospitalitysector isa strong asset.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and digital outreach.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a target-based environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMandERP software,Monday,SAPor Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft365 Systems (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong mathematical and numerical skills.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills.
  • Candidate may be based in either Canada or the United States.

Education

Post secondary education in a relevant field such a business or marketing would be considered an asset.
