Operations & Systems Lead

Classic Home Services – London, ON

Full-Time | $65,000 – $85,000 + Performance Bonus | Leadership Path

Classic Home Services is a growing multi-service home improvement company entering a significant build and expansion phase. We are preparing to implement new systems, refine operations, launch new service lines, and modernize our marketing and digital infrastructure.

We are looking for a high-ownership, growth-minded Operations & Systems Lead to work directly with ownership during this build phase and evolve into a key operational leader within the company.

This is not a passive admin role.

This is a hands-on build opportunity.

The Role

You will work closely with ownership to:

Phase 1 – Build & Structure (First 60–120 Days)

• Assist in evaluating and implementing contractor management software
• Help document workflows and build internal SOPs
• Support development of marketing structure and execution plans
• Coordinate website updates and digital improvements
• Help integrate AI tools into operations and planning
• Organize communication systems and internal reporting structures

Phase 2 – Operational Leadership (Spring/Summer)

• Coordinate daily scheduling and job tracking
• Support crews and subcontractors
• Improve quoting and invoicing workflows
• Ensure operational efficiency and accountability
• Gradually take ownership of day-to-day coordination

Work Structure

This is a full-time role primarily during regular business hours with some flexibility. While the position is mostly remote, consistent weekly time is required at our head office, on job sites, and occasionally at other locations as needed. In-person collaboration will be especially important during the initial onboarding and build phase as we implement systems, refine processes, and prepare for growth.

Compensation & Growth

• $65,000 – $85,000 depending on experience
