We’re seeking builders with ambition — people ready to grow with STRATUS, carve out their own path, and help shape our future.</p><p><br></p><p>The Role</p><p>We’re looking for an <b>Operations & Logistics Lead</b> to build the backbone of STRATUS as we scale.</p><p>This role is broad — spanning the hands-on fulfillment of orders, customer service management, process design, 3PL fulfillment management, management of supplies, and long-term systems planning. You’ll be the back-bone to our daily operations and the lead on helping to future-proof our workflows to deliver top-tier service as we grow. It’s an opportunity to make your mark in a hands-on, fast-moving environment while growing alongside the brand.</p><p><br></p><p>Who You Are</p><ul><li>You bring structure and momentum to complex processes.</li><li>Equally comfortable designing shipping workflows, evaluating 3PL partners, or stepping in to run the shipping floor.</li><li>Strong communicator (written + spoken), thrives in autonomy, and has a builder’s mindset.</li><li>Experienced in logistics, supply chain, operations, or customer service (background flexible — execution and adaptability matter most).</li><li>Always thinking ahead: spotting inefficiencies, optimizing systems, and planning for scale with technology and automation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Do</p><ul><li>Manage and optimize day-to-day shipping operations (hands-on fulfillment + seasonal staff).</li><li>Evaluate, implement, and manage 3rd-party logistics partners.</li><li>Improve processes with automation, integrations, and smart systems.</li><li>Oversee barcoding, inventory, and fulfillment workflows.</li><li>Build and refine customer service processes for a seamless experience.</li><li>Forecast operational needs, budgets, and scaling plans with leadership.</li><li>Document and systemize processes for clarity and consistency.</li><li>Plan for seasonal surges in shipping and fulfillment.</li><li>Oversee and optimize returns flows.</li><li>Stay ahead of needs: ordering supplies, coordinating packaging updates, and ensuring the team is prepared.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We’re Looking For Someone Who…</p><ul><li>Is highly organized, proactive, and process-oriented.</li><li>Communicates clearly and thrives in a small team setting.</li><li>Experience with Shopify (highly preferred), 3PL dashboards, or inventory/shipping platforms—or a proven ability to learn quickly.</li><li>Thinks long-term and builds systems for scale — not just patches problems.</li><li>Shares a love of mountain culture and the drive to build something enduring.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Get</p><ul><li>A chance to grow with a mountain-based ski brand.</li><li>Full-time, 6-month contract (potential to extend).</li><li>Starting rate: <b>$25+/hr</b>, depending on experience (bonus options available).</li><li>Team perks and days in the mountains with like-minded people.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>How to Apply</p><p>Send your <b>resume</b> and a <b>short note</b> on why you want to be part of STRATUS.</p><p>Tip: Highlight a system, process, or role you’ve built or improved — and explain how that experience makes you the right fit to shape our operations as we grow.</p>
