Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of administrative processes. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization. The ideal candidate will also be overseeing and aid in treatment planning of all major dental treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate office staff, including training and development to enhance team performance
- Oversee front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and visitor management
- Manage human resources functions such as payroll processing, employee records, and onboarding procedures
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using accounting software
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure office supplies and services are adequately provided
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting activities
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and standards to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure excellent phone etiquette and professional communication with clients, vendors, and staff
- Support administrative tasks related to training & development initiatives and team meetings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical background
- Supervising or team management experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with professional phone etiquette
- Experience in human resources functions such as payroll, onboarding, and employee record management
- Knowledge of vendor management, budgeting, and basic bookkeeping practices
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Office experience combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Candidate MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 years experience in a management or lead administrative role in a Dental Clinic.

Pay: From $29.50 per hour
