Office Manager Opportunity - Innisfil, ON (Office Based Role)


Compensation Package: $65,000-$70,000 + 3 weeks vacation + benefits package + onsite parking


Office & Administrative Management


  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative workflows
  • Manage office supplies, service contracts, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate internal communication between departments (Finance, Operations, Sales, HR)
  • Maintain organized records, filing systems, and documentation
  • Support management with scheduling, meetings, and correspondence
  • Assist in health & safety documentation and compliance tracking
  • Act as a key point of contact between management, staff, and external partners
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and company events
  • Respond to the calls
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal summaries as required
  • Assist with marketing posts on social media


Qualifications & Skills'


  • 3–5 years of experience in office management and administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with social media marketing is an asset
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
