Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to support our company growth. In this role you'll oversee daily office operations, coordinate team scheduling, and manage client appointments, including booking of other services we offer. You will be central to keeping our operations running smoothly along side with an office assistant to handle clerical tasks and will assist with social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily office operations, coordinate team schedules, and manage client appointments along side with an office assistant.

- Routing service trucks using CRM and routing software daily.

- Handle customer communications, maintain records, and assist with inventory and supply management.

- Collaborate with the general manager on reporting, estimating, and supporting field teams to ensure efficient project completion.

- Occasionally assist with creating simple marketing materials or social media updates, leveraging any graphic design skills available.

 

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a trade or service-oriented business.

- Familiarity with booking multiple appointments per day and a strong organizational mindset.

- Experience with customer service and client communication

- Proficiency with office software (MS Office) and comfort with technology is essential

- Bonus skills: Experience with graphic design tools and/or social media content creation , AI Technology.
