Toronto & GTA | Full-Time | $105,000-$114,000 + Bonuses | Immediate Start

Your Role

As an NSWOCC Wound Care Nurse at TCC, you will:

Conduct comprehensive wound assessments
Develop and implement advanced, evidence-based care plans
Provide expert wound management in home and community settings
Educate and mentor nursing teams
Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals
Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives

Requirements

Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
**Wound, Ostomy and Continence Education Program (WOC-EP) from NSWOCC**
Strong clinical and documentation skills
A valid Ontario driver's license (G License) and access to a reliable vehicle is an asset.
Current CPR and First Aid certification, completed through a recognized training provider within the past 12 months
Valid WHMIS 2015 certification, issued or renewed within the past 12 months
Negative TB test (2-step or 1-step with prior documentation), completed within the past 12 months
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, or exemption in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code
Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening, issued within the past 12 months
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, for documentation and communication with clients and care teams
